8th December, 2015 - Debate on Marriage Certificate Registration
I secured an important Westminster Hall debate to discuss the future of Marriage Registration Certificates. The debate attracted members from all side of the House and focused on the format of marriage certificates.

The Church Commissioner answered monthly questions from MP's in the House of Commons Chamber. Questions from MP's this month included discussions on; Women Bishops, Air Quality, Funeral Charges and a national memorial service for civillians killed in WWII.

26th October, 2015 - Caroline congratulates Rt. Rev. Rachel Treweek on House of Lords appointment
I was pleased to be able to offer my sincere congratulates to the Bishop of Gloucester, the Rt Rev Rachel Treweek, who was introduced into Parliament as one of twenty six Lords Spiritual by the Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby and the Bishop of London Richard Chartres.

8th October, 2015 - Birmingham Cathedral's 'Annual Justice Service'.
I was pleased to be given the oppertunity to deliver a speech to the delegates at Birmingham Cathedral's 'Annual Justice Service'. I used this oppertunity to talk about the challenges that face us when dealing with mass migration.

11th September, 2015 - 'Assisted Dying Bill' Debate.
As Second Church Estates Commissioner I am tasked by Her Majesty the Queen with being the voice of the established church in Parliament and have the privilege to represent majority views of its members in addition to the views of my constituents in Meriden. During this debate, I argued that there were insufficient safeguards in the proposed legislation to protect vulnerable people and voted against the legislation.
The debate resulted in members overwhelmingly voting to reject the Assisted Dying Bill with 330 members voting against the proposed legislation. You can read my contribution to this debate here.
